Malabou Purchases Supreme Metal Component Solutions’ Indian assets.

Malabou Limited are pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Supreme Testing and Services Pvt India Ltd (STSI) the wholly owned Indian Subsidiary of Supreme Metal Components Solutions Limited (SMCS).

The acquisition of STSI on 01 October 2015 extends Malabou’s global sourcing infrastructure with additional Engineering expertise in India including enhanced inspection, testing and verification capability as well as full mechanical, metal chemistry and metallographic testing.
