Core Capabilities
Chemical Analysis
Spectrographic Optical Emission analysis for ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, supported by carbon-sulphur testing for cast irons. All calibrations are traceable to Certified Reference Materials (CRMs).
AV mounts are specifically designed to isolate and reduce vibration transmission, and their primary function is to dampen vibrations to prevent wear and tear, reduce noise, and improve the longevity and performance of machinery.

Customised Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are developed for each project,ranging from routine inspection schedules to full product qualification programs.
Non-conformances, when identified, are comprehensively documented, root-cause analysed,and tracked through to closure with corrective and preventive actions recommended.
Extended & Advanced Testing Services
To meet increasingly demanding specifications and service-life requirements, Malabou manages a complete suite of advanced testing services through ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited laboratories.
Fatigue Testing
Cyclic loading tests to evaluate endurance limits, fatigue life, and crack initiation and propagation behaviour under operational stresses.
Accelerated Weathering & Corrosion Testing
Environmental exposure testing, such as Salt Spray, UV, Condensation, and Thermal Cycling, to simulate long-term service performance. Used to assess coating durability,corrosion resistance, and environmental stability.
Project Management of Testing Programs
Malabou’s team is experienced in coordinating and managing complex inspection and testing programs across multiple disciplines.
We oversee the whole process — from sample preparation, scheduling, and logistics,through to reporting, and quality review — ensuring complete transparency, traceability,and compliance with customer specifications and international standards.
