Malabou deals with renowned Steel and Alloy casting Manufacturers who are capable of producing and supplying high Quality Steel casting products. Our Foundries are well equiped with latest equipments available in the industries.
The Moulding line in our foundries for sand Casting products are very versatile and Flexible in nature. With the Capability we posses, we can produce castings of few moulds to a medium volume run with single piece casting weight ranging from 20 kgs to 2.5 Tonnes.
Malabou ensures and selects the foundries based on process based approach rather than product focused. Our Foundries use semi-automatic and automatic machine moulding for small to medium size patterns and employ floor moulding for larger sizes.
